COMMON QUERIES
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You have the option to pay via credit card when you submit your order via our website. If you are working directly with us for a customized order, you will receive an invoice via email with a link for payment. Should you prefer to pay via Venmo, select the offline payment when ordering and send payment to @curatedminimalismco.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?
If you place your order through our website with shipping, you will pay a $10 shipping deposit. We work with several shipping providers to find to most cost effective way to ship your items so they arrive quickly and safely. Should your shipping exceed $10, you will receive a separate invoice via email for the remaining balance. Your item will be shipping once you have paid in full. If shipping is under $10 you will be reimbursed for any excess over $1 to the original method of payment.

If you are local you have the option for pickup in German Village (FREE), delivery within German Village (FREE), and delivery within the 270 loop ($5).
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY ORDER?
For local pick up or delivery, you item will be packed in a manner appropriate for local travel (e.g. light bubble wrap or packing paper) and delivered in either a box or craft handled bag. For local delivery, you will be notified when you item has been dropped off at the agreed upon location.

For shipped orders, we pack each item with care! We do reuse packing materials and are proud that we have not purchased ANY packing materials to date. All of boxes, bubble wrap, honey comb, paper, etc. that we use is recycled.

Given our owner's experience with her mother's ceramics business, we'd say she has expertise in packing fragile objects so that they arrive safely. If you have any questions about how your item will be packed and/or shipped please reach out!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Based on the nature of our one of a kind products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged product, please submit a claim to the shipping service and notify us so that we can assist in rectifying the problem.
